Fair Usage Policy

Our costs mean that we have to place some limits on the volume of receipts and invoices that we process in our plans. Each plan has a monthly or annual limit.

However, at Receipt Bank we recognise that the number of receipts and invoices incurred by you or your business each month varies and, for this reason, we try to be as flexible as possible.

This means that the limits are approximate and not set in stone. For example – if the limit of the plan is 50 receipts / invoices per month then you can submit more than this. The limit would only take effect if you were to consistently submit more than this, i.e. if your 3 month average were to rise above 50. At this point we would ask you to move onto a more suitable plan.
