We are now on the hunt for an experienced Product Manager sit focus on 'adoption' and work alongside the Head of eCommerce, Head of User Engagement and a cross-functional team to help increase value-adding activities of our SME clients and their advisors. A key output of this role will be to focus on increasing user activity by helping us to develop a user base that is engaged and vocal about the value of Receipt Bank.
The role - what you’ll do:
Review, suggest and amend improvements that have an immediate impact on the conversion of Direct clients
Work closely with a dedicated Engineering team to execute the improvements within the Direct channel, applying short term and long term fixes
Create a messaging campaign (email, text, other) to display the power of using Receipt Bank on laptop/computer web access and moving the user from just looking at RB from the mobile app.
Assess the cost vs revenue opportunities of building an Android in-app purchasing framework, learning from the iOS project.
Work with the Head of eCommerce to create a self-service onboarding experience that shows users value across our digital channels and supports the onboarding, billing and payment collection of users
Manage the segmentation of our user base and become the ‘centre of excellence’ for defining our user activity
About you - what we are looking for:
Proven success in a Product Manager role in a fast-paced technology business
Ideally a background within SaaS and / or B2B
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, mathematical and analytical skills
The ability to use qualitative information and various metrics to develop an informed and factual business case
Strong financial analytical capabilities to help further develop product strategies
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across various functions, regions and levels of seniority
