This is a newly created position here at Receipt Bank with the remit of conceptualising and executing a digital strategy to drive user acquisition for our key offerings across an extensive range of digital channels. We will be counting on you to implement media plans which impact our overall digital advertising strategy, aligning with sales and growth targets.

A digital marketing expert, digital native with expertise in acquisition media
A doer and not just a thinker. This role will inevitably build a team as we grow but the initial accountability is on you
Brilliant digital media strategist with proven success leading campaigns with high impact results
Has excelled in B2B acquisition - a SaaS background would be an added bonus!
Is absolutely metrics driven and data savvy and can deliver and measure ROI, and draw key insights from analytics to make big decisions
Highly-analytical, problem-solver, and creative thinker
Consistently executes large-scale digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Strong understanding of the digital technology landscape
Can create and tell a compelling narrative
Is effective in a highly matrix and rapidly evolving environment
A curious mindset with drive towards continuous innovation and improvement
Bachelor’s Degree educated or equivalent - or just very smart!

The role - what you’ll do:
Develop a marketing strategy to accelerate growth of RB against the market opportunity, making investment decisions across online channels
Create and present media plans, business forecasts and investment scenarios
Lead digital acquisition strategy on the global marketing team
Provide first class analysis and marketing insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value
Drive campaign insights such as query behaviour, audience segmentation, winning ad message themes, and successful landing page strategies
Drive best practice development in search, social and display in partnership with agencies and channel leaders
Oversee agency deployment of media plans in search, social and display advertising, providing guidance on targeting, spend targets, bidding strategy, messaging strategy and experience design
Provide optimisation direction to media agencies
Proactively suggest campaign changes and designs to produce continual performance improvement
Partnering with analytics and finance to support performance forecasting and results attribution
