Business Function

The marketing team is responsible for owning the RB brand and executing campaigns. They own and work across all of our channels: PR, social media, written content and our in-house creative brand studio, while working cross-functionally with performance marketing and outreach teams.

Marketing plays a key role in the growth of our business by enhancing and feeding our sales capabilities through multi-channel lead generation.

Role Summary:

We are looking for a new team member to join the Marketing Team as a Global Online Advertising Manager based in our London office. This role will oversee advertising activities of Receipt Bank, work with function head to create advertising strategy, implements ad campaigns and evaluates ad campaigns overall performance.

The role - what you’ll do:

  • Responsible for driving strong return on investment through qualified traffic by utilising Programmatic/data-driven display advertising
  • Manage campaigns and spend across multiple products and geographies
  • Work with creative team to create advertising assets
  • Work with analytics and product team to implement conversion tracking mechanism
  • Partner with E-Commerce marketing team to create synergy between Advertising, branding and E-Commerce direct response/conversion focused programs
  • Work closely with the website team to create landing pages and improve conversion funnel from click-to-lead and click-to-sales
  • Leverage Customer Relationships (CRM) personas to build lookalike audience targeting pools for digital and social advertising

About you - what we are looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in direct response marketing, mobile app marketing,
  • AdWords, LinkedIn, Facebook, programmatic, digital media and SEM for SAAS experience
  • Understands and/or have experience with bidding, mobile marketing, online advertising and other display media concepts
  • Familiar with various display advertising purchasing models (CPM, dCPM, CPC, CPA) and media optimization experience preferred
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Strong communications skills (written and oral)
  • B2B experience preferred
  • Bachelors degree
