Product Business Analyst

We are now on the hunt for a business analyst to join the integrations team working closely with the Product Manager - Integrations. They will play a key role delivering market research, collecting all business and product requirements and helping to define the functional and non-functional requirements for the product.

The role - what you’ll do:

  • Understand the value of each integration to Receipt Bank and the opportunity size when looking at the markets Receipt Bank is interested in
  • Work with the development team to refine the scope for upcoming development tasks
  • Support the product manager in writing and refining scopes for upcoming development tasks
  • Maintain and communicate to the business the way the product works, be the first point of contact for our internal teams if they cannot understand how something works
  • Know and understand inside and out all the different mechanisms for integrating at Receipt Bank
  • Work alongside integration product specialists in the support team to enhance their ability to accurately respond to customer queries
  • Dig deep into feedback to understand the underlying problem
  • Define the monitoring that is missing from the product
  • Support the product manager in the day to day

About you - what we are looking for:

  • Some experience in a QA, software development, product management or related role would be preferred
  • Preferred bachelors or higher in STEM field
  • Data analysis experience (experience with SQL or Python are not required but would be useful)
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage your own workload and a drive to go the extra mile
  • Solution driven with a clear thought process
  • Confident communicator with leadership capabilities, negotiation skills and the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels and across global locations;
  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to successfully operate in ambiguity
