The primary purpose of the role is to ensure that partners and their clients are successfully on-boarded onto RB, and new products are seamlessly integrated, with as little churn as possible.
The role - what you’ll do:
Create content in accordance with global content plan
Make sure partners and clients are actively using and enjoying their experience with Receipt Bank
Experiment and innovate with techniques to ensure ongoing partner success.
Build and refine internal processes that can scale as the team grows
Report product issues to Product team to improve South African user experience
Assist Partners post upsell/conversion to implement Receipt Bank and the product they’ve purchased across their practice
Driive internal best practices with Partners
Prepare Partners for the next upsell cycle and decreasing time between sales
Determine the Partners that are at risk of churn and develop a process to target them based on their requirements
Proactively engage with partners that are at high risk of churn to ensure churn prevention
Build on existing reporting to enhance Receipt Bank’s ability to prevent churn of both partners and partners’ clients
