What you’ll do:

Acquiring a new customer is anywhere from five to twenty five times more expensive than retaining an existing one. As the regional Sales teams grow, we need to ensure that Partners and their clients are happy, and not undoing the great work the Sales Team are doing by leaving through the back door.

The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the continued success of existing partners and to retain as many of our partners as possible across the entire APAC region..

About you - what we are looking for:

  • At least 2 years in a Retention based role
  • Strong listener with a compassionate but firm approach
  • Ability to challenge and negotiate
  • Technical, detail oriented, comfortable handling data
  • Can handle rejection and objections
  • Tenacious, confident, enthusiastic
  • Ideally has experience in a similar customer retention role
