Enterprise Sales Director

About the role

Our Enterprise Sales Manager you will lead a team of account managers responsible for our enterprise accounts. In this role, you will lead a team and have accountability for generating new business, account management and up-sells, and the renewal strategy for our enterprise accounts.

You will act as advisor, decision maker and member of the sales management team to develop sound business practices built around strategy, goal setting, hiring and mentoring. You will also take ownership of personal and team revenue targets.

Your day to day will include (but not be limited to)

  • Managing a team of account managers and providing direction terms of new business, up-sell and renewal strategy
  • Working closely with our enterprise partners to deploy our solutions within their firms and their client base
  • Helping your team manage a portfolio of partners across enterprise accounts and continuously strengthening day-to-day client relationships
  • Driving a renewal negotiation strategy for our enterprise accounts
  • Timely and accurately forecasting based on pipeline review with your team
  • Overseeing the financial management of partner relationships including revenue performance, invoicing, and other relevant financial activities
  • Fostering an environment which is team-oriented and in which the exchange of ideas among colleagues is encouraged, sharing best practice to peers and understanding what is working in other markets
  • Working with the wider Sales and Marketing team on relevant partner events

  • Relevant and proven experience and success in a sales leadership role, a great coach and motivator
  • Proven understanding of the Enterprise sales cycle

  • Experience in forecasting sales performance
  • Demonstrable success within a target driven new business environment
  • Exposure to a fast-paced transactional environment
  • Strong and proven coaching skills
  • Software or SaaS experience favourable
