Training Specialist

We are looking for a Data Extraction Trainer to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employees workplace performance in alliance with company’s core values. You will be responsible for performing training needs assessments and training needs analysis, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, managing all phases of training interventions and apply changes in the Training Program and in the Training flow.


  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Conduct effective train-the-trainer programs for trainers identified by the external partners for the project
  • Support new hire Onboarding by organising nesting periods and training activities
  • Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
  • Oversee the learning experience of our external partners and monitor the performance outcome
  • Deliver training courses - internal and external
  • Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behaviour
  • Constantly monitor and analyse live items and prepare training materials and tests, and update the existing ones, based on findings
  • Maintain periodical communication with external partners to ensure flawless work flow
  • Streamline with Delivery and Quality team to ensure deliverables are met
  • Collaborate with other teams in Receipt Bank on technology and process improvements
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
  • Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager, in accordance with business needs and requirements


  • Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Basic knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
  • Proven ability to master the full training cycle
  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
  • Sound decision making and organisational skills
  • Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
  • Proficient level in written and verbal English
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
