Prior to Receipt Bank, John served as the CPO at Springer Nature, and the VP of Strategy and Business Development at Expedia. He graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with an MEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, and an MBA from INSEAD.
Luis is the General Manager for Receipt Bank Australia, responsible for leading a team of over 40 talented professionals focused on saving time for Australian accountants, bookkeepers and small businesses. Luis brings over 20 years of global marketing experience to Receipt Bank.
A dedicated and dynamic communicator, Andrea’s scope of work has involved filing breaking news from Washington D.C., delivering humanitarian aid programs into Iraq and fighting to stop the genocide in Darfur. Navigating major career transitions, Andrea used these lessons to create ‘CareerCEO’ – a business that empowers people to prepare for the future of work. She is the author of ‘Future Fit: how to stay relevant and competitive in the future of work’
Rebecca Mihalic is the Practice Ignition Head of Accounting (APAC) & the Director of businessDEPOT Sydney. Rebecca has been an accountant for over 15 years and has experienced first hand the impact technology has made to the accounting industry. In 2018 Rebecca’s firm won the Innovator of the year at the Australian Accounting Awards for their focus on tech advisory and efficient business services.
One of Rebecca’s strengths lies with her ability to implement technology that provides small and medium businesses with the same insights into their organisations as large corporates with infinite resources. This allows Rebecca’s clients to make relevant and timely decisions based upon sound and up to date financial data. As a believer in continuous learning, Rebecca enjoys sharing her knowledge of the industry with others.

Amanda Gascoigne, FCA is a consultant, coach and mentor to solo and small accounting practice nationally.
She draws on her 25 + years experience in the accounting industry, 18 of those in her own practice. Not only did she found, nurture and grow her own practice, after 14 years she brought on an equity partner and 4 years later she sold out.
Amanda’s passion has always been accounting, small business and helping business owners have businesses and lifestyles they love. She is on a mission to help accounting practice owners achieve the same. Her private Facebook group for accountants is aptly named “The Balanced Firm” and within this group, across other social media platforms, her blogs, presentations and 1:1 and group coaching, she inspires, empowers and provides strategies and support to help practice owners have better practices and better lives.
