You can make multiple nominations and can nominate someone for up to 3 categories

Yes you can, you can submit for 3 maximum

What supporting documents do I need when submitting?

The more information and documentation you provide the greater is strengthens your submission. Add any credentials, previous awards, articles etc

Do I have to attend if I am a finalist?

Yes, you will need to purchase a ticket and attend the event
